Five Hundred · Effective May 10, 20261. Summary
Five Hundred is a single-player offline card game. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information from you. There are no user accounts, no online play, no analytics, and no advertising. All app data stays on your device.
2. Who We Are

3. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information about you.
The app stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Game settings (e.g. haptic feedback on/off)
- Current game state, so you can continue an in-progress hand
This data is stored in your device's local app storage. It never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us, and is not shared with any third party. It is automatically removed when you delete the app.
4. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, access, or store any of the following:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or other personal identifiers
- Your location (precise or approximate)
- Your contacts, photos, calendar, microphone, camera, or any other device sensor data
- Device identifiers such as advertising ID (IDFA, AAID), IP address, MAC address, or device serial numbers
- Crash reports, analytics, or usage telemetry
- Payment or financial information (the app has no in-app purchases or subscriptions)
5. Network and Internet Use
Five Hundred does not require an internet connection. The app does not make network requests during gameplay or while using its features. It works fully offline.
6. Third-Party Services
The current version of Five Hundred does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or backend services.
Note: Apple App Store and Google Play Store may independently collect their own diagnostic information (such as crash logs and app launch metrics) when you download or use any app from their platforms. This data collection is governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies, not ours, and we do not have access to it.
7. Children's Privacy
Five Hundred is suitable for general audiences, including children. Because the app does not collect any personal information, it is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent children's privacy laws worldwide. We do not knowingly collect data from any user, regardless of age.
8. Data Security
Because we do not collect or transmit any user data, there is no user data on our servers to secure. App data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's operating system security mechanisms.
9. Your Rights
Since we do not collect any personal information about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf.
To remove all locally stored app data, simply uninstall the app from your device.
10. Regional Compliance
This policy is designed to comply with applicable privacy laws worldwide. Where specific frameworks impose explicit obligations, we want to be clear:
- European Economic Area / United Kingdom: Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, no processing of personal data takes place because we do not collect any.
- California, United States: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), we do not "sell" or "share" personal information, because we do not collect any.
Because we do not collect personal information, the typical user rights under these laws (access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of sale) have nothing to apply to. If you believe this is inaccurate, contact us and we will respond.
11. Changes to This Policy
If our practices change in the future — for example, if we add online features, analytics, or advertising — we will update this policy and revise the effective date above. The current version will always be available at https://akashpal2001.github.io/apps/500-card-game/privacy-policy.
Material changes will also be communicated through the app where reasonably possible.
